Shipping policy

Items are shipped out within 1~7 business days from Ontario, Canada.
Only domestic and US parcel orders include tracking. Lettermail and international orders do not come with tracking.

The store is not responsible for any import taxes or VAT applied to the orders at their arrival

Lettermail includes flat items such as postcard prints and stickers. If you are ordering these items and would like tracked parcel shipping instead of lettermail, please contact the store.

LETTERMAIL FREE SHIPPING

Lettermail orders are eligible for free shipping when you order 4 or more stickers and/or postcards. If you add other products to your order, regular shipping rates will apply.

Canada&US only. International orders will receive a discount instead

Canada: 5~12 business days
USA: 7~20 business days
International: 2~10 business weeks


ECO FRIENDLY PACKAGING

Some packaging supplies can be curb-side recycled (US & Canada). It may differ between countries so please check with your local community if the following materials can be recycled:

  • glassine bags (pink)
  • flat cardboard mailers (white)
  • mailing boxes (brown/craft)


Biodegradable:

  • tissue paper
  • washi tape / stickers


Materials that cannot be recycled:

  • bubble mailers
  • occasional plastic packaging the products come in from manufacturers
